We picked the worst time to buy a house. The housing market was up. We had looked at many land parcels and properties. It was a lengthy process and we took a lot of Jason's hours. He never complained and was obviously not after a quick sale but really cared about our happiness. He was very honest with assessments of the properties we looked at. Finally after almost a year of searching we found a house. Jason helped us negotiate using market analysis and we landed the deal. Jason is very personable and by far the best agent I have ever worked with. In the past I have worked with larger firms and smaller ones, Jason beats them all hands down.

John was absolutely awesome! Just buying a property is a challenge and doing it through COVID made it a lot more challenging. John adjusted his schedule to fit my needs. He knew my financial advisor and my lawyer personally as he had dealt with both on previous sales. Trust me when I say I am a needy person and had lots of questions. He answered them all to my satisfaction. He assisted with a local home inspector who did my inspection on a Sunday to meet our deadlines. I can’t thank him enough. What a wonderful personality. I feel I have made a new friend. If anyone I know personally is looking for an agent you can bet I’ll be recommending John!
