Jason Hage was the most courteous and conscientious realtor we have worked with. He patiently showed us many houses in a variety of locations, revisiting some several times. He was engaged in every step of our negotiations and responsive to all of our questions and requests.

I usually don't give 5 Star reviews. But Jason came through when I need help, and really needed "HELP"!,
(In Brief) We were getting ready to sell 3 properties because we were moving out of state where the economy, lifestyle and weather is much more "up beat". In preparation, I needed a "property manager", just someone, to keep an eye on the 3 properties, no work required, until they sold. (Note: Realiable, qualified "Property Management Services" just dont' exist in Cortland County1) I worked out a paid deal with a friend, who owned a rental property. 2 weeks before we were to move he backed out claiming "He didn't have the time!". Always having a Plan B, I asked and and negotiated a deal with another "friend". But he got greedy and wanted more $$$ a week before we were to move. Having to scramble and come up with a "Plan C" I contacted Jason Hage, who I meet when we moved to NY state 13 yrs ago. Jason was willing to help me out for no $$$ other than that he would be the listing agent for all 3 properties at the time of sale. [I wanted to still pay him for the "property management" service and allow him to be the listing agent. But he would only accept the later. I did send him some $$ for his role as "property manager".]
(In Summary) Jason worked with "my strategy" for listing the properties and got me the prices I wanted. He negotiated each deal per my requirements to counter "qualified" buyers who thought they could "Low Ball" because we lived out of state and might be willing to just unload the properties. Can't say enough about Jason!!!!!

I meet John at a wedding and he was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and our house had been listed with Warren Real Estate for 2 years. John had the listing for about 5 months and sold the house. Not only did he sell the house but set up every showing with our tenants and contacted me on a regular basis about what was happening.
