I met Jaimie at an open house... just looking. She is a very personable, down to earth, tell it like it is person. I was not confident with my ability to purchase a home on my own. Jaimie took my dad and I to look at a house possibly for my parents to purchase (that I had been watching for some time, wishing I could)... Jaimie knew by the look on my face when I walked in, it was the right home for me and encouraged me to go for it..Jaimie walked me through it, gave an excellent recommendation to assist with financing and was by my side the entire way. I was looking at homes that were not the best, as I thought that was all I would be able to afford. Jaimie proved I was "settling"... .I looked at the home on 2/19/18, applied for the loan on 2/21/18, pre-approved on 2/22/18. My purchase offer was made and accepted on 2/22/18 with no contingencies, and closed with an FHA (with no contingencies) on 4/16, however the paperwork was ready 2 weeks prior. The entire process went extremely smooth with Jaimie reassuring me all the way. She was just a text message away to answer questions or to say "relax". Buying a home is stressful, I still can not believe how smooth this purchase went, I would highly recommend Jaimie!

Ray has been very helpful with my real estate transaction. He is very knowledgeable about marketing rental properties to prospective buyers and has been instrumental in putting together deals when I decided to sell rental properties to raise capital to pursue other business opportunities. Mike is a true professional. We live out of state and throughout the process, he did way more than I expected to help us ready our home and sell it.
