We were house shopping from 4 hours away, John took the time to get to know us and know what we were looking for. The distance was sometimes difficult but John made it as easy as possible. We are happy in our new home.

John is an awesome realtor. I've work with him on multiple occasions. The first couple of times it was for investment property in Cortland. It work out great and we were able to close on time, and he was very thorough with the transaction and make sure all the details were taken care of.

Another occasion John was helping me find a house for a family member all the way in Binghamton, and he drove out multiple times in the middle of December and January Snow to show us multiple houses. Although my family member never purchase a house, John was very understanding and did not mind.

The best realtor!! He works extremely hard for his clients and is super responsive and knowledgeable. We have used his services twice (bought our first home, sold that home and bought our second) and each time has been the same. I hope we never move again but if we do we will ALWAYS use Jason!!!
